I keep wanting to start a blog about Texas through a California girl's eyes. About the sites a Texan would be used to but those of us who grew up in Southern California are amazed at. Ideas of these pictures (that I missed out on) were the Longhorn lighted lawn decoration at a house nearby, hay rides, fireworks on New Years, and countless cloud pictures. The clouds and storms amaze me. It reemphasizes the (I can't find a word to mean big, beautiful, artistic ability) of God. Grandeur. Maybe thats it. I'm not good with words.
In any case, here are a few that I saw recently as a tornado-producing storm approached the DFW area
